I have known Denholm for many years now and have worked with them under several employments within the logistical management of various importers.

Most particularly in the last year I have been working with Denholm in the importation of various products from China as a new business venture.  As our business has grown, so has the working relationship with Denholm.  Importing is a tricky business and it has been vital that we have a team at Denholm that not only understand our business but who deliver a consistently high levels of service, communication and information to assist all our business needs including use of their online tacking facilities and onsite warehousing. 

Personally I prefer to deal with people on the phone and over the years have found that other larger (and smaller)  freight forwarders have been rather too 'corporate' in their approach with only e-mail contact, and rather brusque and unhelpful phone contact - you can never find anyone in the right department, continuously being handed from one department to the next!

Sharon (my account handler) and the imports team are always more than happy to take my calls and give me time (that they don't necessarily have!) to answer all my ridiculous questions and requirements. Even outside of regular business hours, and sometimes when on holiday (sales people should never be out of contact!)

I can't praise them highly enough, they have been essential in helping us develop our new business that thankfully is going from strength to strength, in no small part, due to the people at Denholm.
